Use the Payment Center for registration, tuition, lunch, uniforms, field trips, PTO membership, graduation, transcripts and other approved school charges.

Aftercare runs on school days from dismissal at 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. It includes snack, homework, social development or mindfulness, physical activity and project-based learning.

APA accepts Step Up for Students scholarships. Families can discuss accommodations and learning needs with the school team during enrollment.

Important information for every APA family.

APA-YMCA Aftercare

Aftercare is a weekly full-fee ($65) program partnered with the YMCA. Only children registered with the YMCA/APA aftercare may attend. The program maintains a 1:10 ratio and is provided every day students are required to attend school.

  • No prorated rate applies when a child attends one day in a school week.
  • Parents may pay with money order, cashier’s check or YMCA parent profile online payment.

American Prep Academy is a fully accredited private school by the Association of Independent Schools of Florida (AISF), recognized by the Florida Association of Academic Nonpublic Schools and a Charter Member of the National Council for Private School Accreditation.

Families enrolling students under the FES-UA scholarship should note that APA accommodates students with disabilities under federal and local law; the school team is available to discuss the accommodations that may be needed.
